WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP EASY NUTELLA BROWNIES
- 1 cup Nutella (280g, 10 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 10 tbsp plain flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp instant coffee, finely ground (optional)
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F) and grease and line an 8 x 8 inch pan with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and eggs. Add the salt and coffee.
- Mix in the flour until it is just incorporated, then stir through the white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until the center is just set and the edges begin to crack.
- Allow to cool before cutting. Makes 9 brownies.
