BANANA, MANGO AND RASPBERRY POPSICLES
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • A few raspberries, fresh or frozen
Method
  1. Blend the bananas, mango and yogurt together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into the holes of a 6-cup popsicle maker.
  3. Place a few raspberries in each cup.
  4. Insert the stick into each cup.
  5. Freeze overnight before serving.
  6. Makes 6 popsicles.
