Oreos have always been really popular in my household. Cookies are a definite hit too. And combining the two together here quickly resulted in lots of crumbs and no cookies. Delicious. Whoopie Pie Ice Cream

On Tuesday I made whoopie pies. My first batch of the cakes/cookies/whoopies was an absolute dry, cakey disaster. So I was left with 20 dry pieces of  chocolatey cake/cookies. What to do with them?
